For national orders, it usually takes between 4-12 days after the order has been processed. For international orders, it may take longer due to new Covid-19 restrictions and Brexit transition. Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service, unless the delays are caused by the customer (incomplete or wrong delivery address).
If you ordered something from us, and you don’t like it, please e-mail us, and we will do our very best to get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Cotton apparel: machine wash cold
Polyester apparel: machine wash cold or warm
Wash with similar colours, inside-out, and mild detergent. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary, no fabric softeners, tumble dry low, or hang-dry to prolong the life of your custom print. Do not dry clean.
High-temperature washes can crack and fade the print. High-temperature dryer settings can damage the print and shrink the garment.
The original manufacturer’s care instructions don’t take into consideration the DTG (direct to garament) printing process.
