Unfortunately, personalised items are non-refundable, unless the personalisation or item is defective.

The item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you received an incorrectly shipped item from us, damaged or defective, please call us within 5 days of your receipt of the goods at +353 18236750 or e-mail us at support@moreblessed.com. If we cannot replace that specific item, we will offer an alternative or refund you in full.
